How pricing works

A package is chosen for one child, in one medium. It says which subjects it covers - a number the child chooses, a fixed set, or for A/L every subject in their stream - how many minutes of AI teaching it gives each day, and how long it lasts.

The minutes are the AI's teaching time, not a limit on studying: a child can read, practise and look back over their work as long as they like.

Payment is by bank transfer for now. Choose a package on the Subscription page inside the app; once the payment is confirmed it is switched on. A package never renews by itself - nothing is charged unless you choose again. An offer price ends on the date shown, on its own.

How to pay, step by step

Paying is by bank transfer. The package starts once the school has confirmed the payment - usually within one working day.

  1. Create the account for your child and sign in.
  2. In the app, open Subscription and choose a package (the Welcome package is free and starts at once).
  3. For a paid package, the school's bank account, the package code (SKU) and your Student ID are sent to you straight away by email and WhatsApp - they are not printed here.
  4. Pay the package price into that account - at the counter, a cash deposit machine, or by online transfer - and write the Student ID and the SKU (for example STU-2026-0042 G11-TA-ALL-1M) in the depositor's name, remarks or reference box, so the payment is matched to the right child.
  5. Keep the slip, or take a screenshot of the online transfer.
  6. In the app, open Subscription, type the amount, date and reference exactly as the slip shows, and add a clear photo of the slip - within 7 days.
  7. The school finds your payment on its bank statement, usually within one working day. Then the package starts and you get a receipt by email and in the app. If something does not match, you are told what to correct.
